NaNo update: Day three

Election night was last night and I’m short on sleep, tired and ready for a nap. But alas, NaNo is a slavedriver and I gotta get that daily word count in. I am now at more than 6,800 words. They seem to be flowing pretty smoothly. The characters are now becoming more complex but I fear that maybe there are too many? My main character had a large family and those all had to be introduced. But then there’s the secondary characters…and all the details in between. So hopefully I will be able to figure this thing out and along the way stumble onto a really good novel that people will like to read.

So far so good and I’m three days ahead on the word count. Onward and upward!
