Happy New Year my friends! It’s been a while since I’ve tried my hand at my blog. I’ve been busy and tired working on my master’s degree and life as a journalist during the Christmas season is hell!

This year, 2009, I will learn the language of letting go. Letting go of worry. Letting go of fear. Letting go of people and places that make me feel bad.

This year I’ve set very few goals and no real resolutions. But I have set the goal to learn to let go. When somebody cuts me off when I’m driving. I will strive to let that go. When I’m worrying about something that I have to do the next day. I will strive to let that go.

I’m not very good at letting things go. I tend to hold on to them and that thinking I’ve learned is toxic for me.

So, 2009, I will learn to let go…
